RETURN
Thank you for choosing S&A Exclusive Company Ltd as your #1 go-to for authentic designer shopping. We do hope that you love your purchase. In any instance that you do not, we will gladly accept most returns in-store within 7 days for free. Some exceptions may apply, such as if you notify us within the first 3 days after delivery that you may not be able to return in-store within 7 days, then a given date will be discussed. Please be advised that there is an entirely different policy for footwear. Kindly note that the return timeframe for footwear purchases is 48 hours. Therefore, that means S&A Exclusive Company Ltd needs to be contacted within 48 hours from the time of delivery to guarantee the return and at that moment, the necessary arrangements will be made to successfully complete the return. ALL EXCHANGES MADE AFTER 7 DAYS WILL INCUR A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. No exchanges after 14 days unless the purchase complies with our warranty policy listed for that item.
For the holiday season, S&A Exclusive Company Ltd is extending our return acceptance timeframe. This change will be in effect for all purchases starting 3rd November 2025 to 24th December 2025. Most items purchased at our company (in-store and online) will be accepted for an extended return period until 31st December 2025.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Returned items must be in original condition with original tags.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non – refundable.
- All fragrance products must be in their original sealable condition.
- Items purchased with band adjustments will not be eligible for return, however this does not tamper with your warranty.
- No cash returns, you will be eligible for store credit or by purchasing any item with the value of the same amount or with a difference to be paid.
